One of the oldest cheeses in the world, Pecorino Romano dates back to ancient Rome. Made from sheep’s milk, Pecorino Romano is full flavored, pungent and pleasantly salty. Great for grating, or for a bite-y snack.
Aged for at least 20 months, Parmigiano Reggiano is the original Parmesan. Made with partially skimmed milk, this cheese is a high protein option to add to your diet!
Aged 26 months, Beemster XO is a favorite among fans of extra aged gouda. Sweet and nutty with a crumbly texture and abundance of crunchy crystals.

Aged 5 years, Hook’s cheddar is wonderfully sharp, but not too sharp, and still retains a hint of sweet and creamy flavors. Crumbly and a little smooth in texture. Hook’s 5 year cheddar is the perfect balance between over-the-top sharp and young and creamy.
Aged 10 years, Hook’s cheddar is amazingly sharp, maybe too sharp? If you have to ask, then it might just be. Crumbly and crunchy. Hook’s 10 year cheddar is for those who love cheddar as sharp as it can get, with lots of crystallization.
Red Rock is made in the style of a young Wisconsin Cheddar, but with a twist. P. Roqueforti (the mold in most blue cheeses) is included in the starter cultures and when the finished cheese is punctured with large spikes, the earthy mold stripes the cheddar.
