Produced in Modena, Italy using the Solera system of cask aging, this vinegar is aged up to 18 years; moving through chestnut, oak, mulberry and ash barrels.  It is very thick, complex and smooth, with only 4% acidity.  Try it paired with Extra Virgin Olive Oil for a delicious vinaigrette, or simply drizzled over strawberries.
