When will it ship?
Assuming that we have all the products that you ordered in stock, we will process and ship your order within 48 hours of it being placed. Certain perishable products, however, can only be shipped on designated weekdays in order to prevent them from being in transit over a weekend. For the sake of the product, and ultimately your satisfaction, we reserve the right to choose when we send packages. In any case, you will receive confirmation and tracking information from artigiano after the package has been sent. Although we will make every effort to fill orders as quickly and efficiently as possible, items that are ordered together will not necessarily ship together. Returns
Due to the nature of food products, we are unable to accept returns on any food products. However, we can accept returns on some of our kitchen wares. Returnable items include Shun and Wusthof cutlery, Swissmar raclette and fondue pots, Boska Cheesewares, etc. In order to begin the return process, please contact us at Hello@artigianocheeses.com within 7 days of receipt.
Returns will only be accepted on items still in their original package and in unopened condition. We reserve the right to charge up to a 25% restocking fee for some items. Items will be inspected upon receipt to determine if an item is in good condition before a refund will be issued, which may take up to 7 days to process. We may ask you to provide pictures of the item/s before they are shipped back to us for a return.
Other notes
artigiano will not be responsible for erroneous or rejected deliveries based on an incorrect address provided by a customer.
artigiano will not be responsible for packages left unopened for an extended period after delivery (more than 1 day).
Packages may only be shipped to street addresses, not to post office (P.O.) boxes.
Packages do NOT require signature upon arrival.
Cancellations will not be accepted once an order has been shipped.
If a product or packaging is out-of-stock, similar products or packaging (of equal or greater value) may be substituted.
